Our 8-tier grading scale
Every grade describes cosmetic condition; functionality is tested separately. Devices with functional faults are only ever sold in the two Parts grades.
New
Factory sealed, never activated.
Open Box
Opened but unused; may lack original accessories.
Grade A
Like new. No marks visible at arm’s length. Fully tested.
Grade B
Light signs of use; minor scratches visible under direct light. Fully tested.
Grade C
Clear signs of use; scratches visible in normal use, possible small dents. Fully tested.
Grade D
Heavy wear; may include chips or cracks outside the display area. Fully functional.
Parts — Good LCD
Functional faults (camera, Face ID, speaker etc.), display intact. For repair businesses.
Parts — Bad LCD
Functional faults including a damaged display. Priced accordingly.
